First Round (Application Review)

Deadline for submitting the application: 11:59 pm 11 September

For registration to the competition, please submit the required documents to this Google survey by the deadline.
Required documents:

• Application Form
• Two Recommendation Letter templates (one required from the advisor)
• Further research key points template (in PPT file)

Please use the format released by the TIGP office.

The recommendation from the advisor is required to be submitted. The second recommendation could be submitted later. But must submit before 15 September. If you did not submit the second recommendation letter to this Google survey, please send your letters to the program secretary by email.

Application Review will be based on the application form you submitted. After the review, we will announce the finalists. Finalists please prepare 10 mins presentation. And send the slides (PowerPoint file or PDF file) to the program office before the deadline (TBD). The oral presentation competition will be held in late September or early October
